Return Request Timeline
Return requests must be made within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unopened

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Include all parts, accessories, and documentation

  • No signs of installation or modification

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance items

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Items with visible signs of use or assembly

  • Products returned without prior written authorization

Authorization Process
Customers must contact service@novora1.com to request written authorization before returning any items.

Return Inspection
Returned items will be inspected within 5 business days of receipt.

Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fulfillment error on our part.

Damage Reporting
If your item arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence, to initiate a claim.
